Strategic hire strengthens the company’s growth trajectory and expands support for hearing science research partnerships
Turner Scientific is pleased to welcome Dr. Jeffery Lichtenhan (Ph.D, CCC-A) as its new Vice President of Business and Grants Development. Dr. Lichtenhan brings his laboratory and deep experience in auditory physiology to lead efforts to expand Turner Scientific’s collaborations, accelerate grant-funded research programs, and strengthen the company’s position as the premier CRO for ototoxicity testing, auditory physiology, and translational hearing research.
Dr. Lichtenhan brings decades of deep scientific expertise and extensive experience securing and managing large-scale research collaborations. His background in auditory neuroscience, combined with a demonstrated track record of successful grant development, positions him to advance Turner Scientific’s mission of supporting safer medicines, devices, and environmental standards through rigorous auditory research.

In his new role, Dr. Lichtenhan will continue his collaborative auditory research, oversee business development initiatives, cultivate academic and industry partnerships, and lead efforts to secure research funding through federal, foundation, and industry grant programs. He will also contribute to strategic planning across Turner Scientific’s expanding CRO services.
